However, we also understand that shopping online means you can not try prior to purchase and may select something that doesn’t fit quite well. Being aware of these and to make shopping with us a pleasure, we’re happy to accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund.

All return/exchange must be requested within 14 days of purchase within Australia and 30 days for any other country.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused without any visible damage. Items with makeup, self-tanning stains, deodorant marks, stains or traces of dirt, pet hair, etc will not be accepted for return or exchange. It must be included with the original tags/labels attached.

All return/exchange garments are subject to inspection.

The products must be shipped and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us using our website contact form within 2 days of receiving your order and explain the reason for the return. Please use a tracking when sending items back and quote this in your message along with the order number. We need this information to process an exchange.

We do not accept any returns for exchange or refund on sale items unless the product is faulty.
